Step 1: Contact
Submit your information here and an AVP representative will contact you to set up our initial consultation. If you submit a RFP, we'll send a quote as well.
Step 2: Face Time
We believe in talking face to face or at least the virtual equivalent. We can schedule a video chat to discuss your goals and budget and to share initial concepts. We can work with you to uncover what’s needed to create the perfect WOW production. With video chat you get to meet the person who you will be working with for your event! If you prefer a call, just let us know.
Step 3: Design and Quote
At AVP we go above and beyond to give you the right equipment and people for your WOW event production. The quote you receive will include the equipment and people to make your WOW event successful. We can also provide 3D renders so you can see exactly what your setup looks like before you sign off on everything.
